  • After shipment: Once the order has been processed and dispatched, direct cancellation is unavailable. If you still need to cancel the order, please wait for the package delivery, then submit a return application in accordance with our official return rules.
All cancellation requests will be reviewed within 24 business hours after we receive your email.

Refund Method & Detailed Timeline

1. Refund Method

We only issue refunds via the original payment method you used to complete the order, including credit card, debit card, PayPal and other official payment channels supported by our store. No third-party transfer or other refund methods are acceptable. Refund covers the product amount; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our quality error or incorrect delivery.

2. Refund Timeline By Scenario

  • Pre-Shipment Order Cancellation: After your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 1-3 business days. The fund will arrive in your original payment account within 3-7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing rules.
  • Post-Delivery Return Request: Once we receive your returned item and complete quality inspection, we will approve and launch the refund within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to be successfully credited to your original payment account.
